Subdivision Restrictions

Subdivision restrictions are intended to maintain aesthetic uniformity and maintain the character of a neighborhood. Examples of common restrictions are required minimum square footage for homes in the subdivision and prohibition of parking recreational vehicles, motor homes or boats in driveways. It is important to obtain and review a copy of the restrictions affecting the property before purchasing.
